Meet Nina

Hi, I’m Nina, and I genuinely love bringing wedding days to life.

Over the past several years, I’ve had the joy of coordinating dozens of weddings. I began by supporting my sister-in-law with her wedding planning business, and quickly discovered that I was energized by the pace, the people, and the meaningful details that make each celebration unique.

With a degree in music and a background in live production management, I approach weddings with both heart and precision. Timing, flow, and seamless execution matter deeply to me, and I thrive behind the scenes making sure every moment unfolds beautifully.

While I may not have been the teenager dreaming about linens and timelines, I have been with my husband since we were 14 years old, and I’ve always believed wholeheartedly in marriage itself. Helping couples celebrate that commitment is something I consider a true privilege.

When I’m not coordinating wedding days, I work in production for a Milwaukee-based arts organization. At home, life is full with four children, chickens, a cat, and a dog, so organized chaos is something I handle with grace!
